This workshop hosted at Mirador Retreats will help leaders see how their inner world of thought translates into generative or unproductive impact as a leader.

We use facilitated group discussion combined with practical exercises to help participants increase their inner awareness in ways that can positively shape their leadership and help others grow. 

We request that participants take the free LCP Assessment to prepare for the workshop. We will use the results with reflection and discussion during the workshop.
